Reaccreditation

Polysmart’s poly welder reaccreditation program is approved and recognised by PIPA.

Current welders seeking reaccreditation must meet the following criteria:

• You must have previously completed POLYSMART'S nationally accredited courses PMBWELD301B Butt fusion weld polyethylene pipelines and/or PMBWELD302B Electrofusion weld polyethylene pipelines
• Be able to supply a certified copy of your original POLYSMART accreditation certificate;
• Your certificate must not have lapsed for a period of more than 6 months
• You must upload a passport format photo when enrolling
• Successfully complete the online Polysmart Reaccreditation Training and Assessments
• Submit the required sample welds and associated documentation for testing

Reaccreditation is required every two years.

PMBWELD302B Electrofusion Weld Polyethylene Pipelines Reaccreditation: $250

Combined PMBWELD301B and PMBWELD302B Reaccreditation: $395
